Our 4,000 square-foot interior space boasts natural light from skylights and a lush outdoor garden space is perfect for ceremonies and receptions. Finding a venue for private events can be one of the biggest hurdles in planning. Luckily, we love to host all sorts of events from the standard, like weddings, to the less traditional, like a sample sale. What is the max capacity?

175 guests seated / 250 guests standing

Does the rental period include set up and tear down?

Yes, the 12-hr rental period leaves about 4 hours for set up, 6-7 hours for the event and 1-2 hours for breakdown.

Can we bring outside vendors?

Yes, we do allow outside vendors provided that they are approved in advance and have provided proof of valid insurance as well as sign our house rules.

Do I need a planner or day-of cordinator?

Yes, we do require that you use a day of coordinator. Planners are an integral part of your day – we do require a professional coordinator/planner and cannot be a guest or family member. As with all vendors, they must also provide proof of insurance.
